How do I know a product will suit me?
Every listing states materials, exact dimensions and what is in the box. If a detail is missing, message us and we will check with the supplier before you order.
Do products come with a warranty?
Most items carry a one or two-year manufacturer warranty, shown in the specifications tab. Faulty goods are also covered by your statutory rights.
Can I return a gift?
Yes — returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original packaging, and gift recipients can return items using the order number on the note.
